Jeff Reynoldson, LEED AP

Project Manager / Oregon-Registered Architect

Jeff is a proactive, hands-on project manager with more than 25 years of commercial architecture experience. During his career, he’s led retail, mixed-use, multifamily residential, and senior living projects of various scales and budgets, including remodels and new construction up to 300,000 square feet in size.

As a senior-level architect, Jeff adds to our team’s depth of knowledge and is managing large, developer-led projects. He offers a holistic project approach and is well-versed in balancing architecture’s creative nature with its more technical aspects. He’s also forward-thinking and strives to find workable design solutions for clients and incorporate durable and sustainable features into projects. His team coordination style focuses on understanding client goals, providing clear communication, meeting schedules, and monitoring and controlling project costs.

Jeff appreciates the opportunity to influence and support people and communities through the built environment. As an architect of award-winning senior living projects, he especially enjoys designing spaces that meet residents’ evolving needs and seeing people positively connect with those spaces once construction is complete.

Jeff lives in Portland with his wife and two teenagers. On weekdays, you’ll find him commuting to the office via bicycle.
