Seth is an early adopter of technology and a master of building codes and navigating the permitting process. He enjoys working on complex, developer-led and owner-user commercial projects. Seth has lived and worked in Bend since 2004 and is a licensed architect in seven states.

Amy has more than 25 years of architectural experience and is known for her exceptional skills as a project manager, community engagement facilitator, and master planner. Her portfolio includes education, hospitality, and housing projects.

Principal Architect / Owner
A natural storyteller, Jonah’s superpower is weaving narratives into projects that reflect the communities and clients he serves. During his 20-plus years in the architectural field, Jonah’s work has primarily focused on K-12 schools and historic building rehabilitation.
